Frequently asked questions
Can a long delivery be handled by more than one driver? ▼
Yes. On a long trip the item can change rides in a city along the way. You allow this when creating the request.
What do I pay when there are several drivers? ▼
One price, the sum of the drivers’ legs. You see the legs before accepting.
Who is responsible for the item during the handover? ▼
The driver who has the item. Responsibility passes with the code and the photo.
What happens if one driver cancels? ▼
Before pickup we find a replacement. On the way the item stays with its holder, and we tell you how the trip continues. Legs that are not done are refunded.
How does the handover work and why is there a code? ▼
The drivers meet at an agreed place. The code and the photo prove who has the item and in what condition.
Can I see where the item is during the trip? ▼
You see who has the item, and the driver’s location when they share it.
Can I disallow multiple drivers? ▼
Yes, with the switch on the request. Then offers come only for the whole trip.
For drivers: can I carry only part of the trip? ▼
Yes, when the request allows multiple drivers. You choose the city you carry it to.
For drivers: when am I paid for my leg? ▼
24 hours after the handover, if the receiving driver does not report damage.
For drivers: what if the next driver does not show up? ▼
You wait an hour. Then you choose: deliver it yourself, wait for a new driver, or let support handle it. The item is never left without someone responsible.
Does splitting into legs work across borders? ▼
Within the EU, yes. The handover needs no customs clearance.
