Single point of contact

Purpose

The Digital Services Act (Regulation (EU) 2022/2065) requires us to provide a single, clearly identifiable channel for authorities and users to communicate with us about content moderation and the use of the service.

2. Point of contact for users (Art. 12)

In-app reporting: the Report button on the ChatScreen and the ReportIssue screen for shipments.

3. Dispute resolution

If contact does not lead to a satisfactory outcome, the following are available: kuluttajariita.fi (Finnish Consumer Disputes Board).
