How to delete your Rubber Wheels account and data

Option 1 — In-app (recommended)

1. Open the Rubber Wheels app and sign in
2. Go to Profile (bottom tab)
3. Scroll to “Your data and privacy” section
4. Tap “Delete account” (in red)
5. Confirm deletion

Your account and all personal data (profile, ratings, messages, shipment history, payment info) are removed within 30 days.

Option 2 — By email

Send a deletion request from your account email to:
privacy@kumipyorat.fi

We respond within 30 days (GDPR Art. 12(3)).

What is deleted, what is retained

Deleted: profile, name, email, phone, home city, address, photos, chat messages, ratings, push tokens, login sessions.

Retained for legal reasons: accounting records of completed deliveries (6 years, Finnish Accounting Act) and tax reporting records for drivers earning > € 2 000/year (7 years, EU DAC7). These are anonymised where possible.
