Accessibility Statement

1. Scope

This accessibility statement applies to the digital services operated by Rubber Wheels Oy: the kumipyorat.fi website and the Kumipyörät mobile application (iOS and Android).

2. Compliance status

We aim to comply with the EU Accessibility Act (Directive 2019/882) and the related standard EN 301 549 (version 3.2.1), which includes the WCAG 2.1 Level AA criteria. The service is partially compliant — remaining gaps are listed below.

3. Identified gaps

The internal audit of 29 April 2026 identified the following items, which we will address during 2026:

• Dynamic Type scaling for body text in the mobile app is not fully implemented on every screen.
• Some smaller text-link touch targets fall short of the 44 × 44 dp recommendation.
• Contrast ratio for secondary (grey) text sits at the AA threshold on some screens.

5. Supervisory authority

If our response is not satisfactory, you may submit a complaint to the Regional State Administrative Agency for Southern Finland: saavutettavuusvaatimukset.fi.
